My research combines behavioral and economic perspectives with machine learning, process analytics, and optimization to understand and improve decision-making in digital and operational settings. I develop data-driven methods and apply them to real-world problems—including online gaming and esports, sharing-economy platforms, retail operations, and cyber-physical systems like energy and mobility—where human behavior and algorithmic systems interact at scale.
